FitBlaze Half Finger Weightlifting Gloves are made for gym training and come as a pair, one for each hand. The open-finger design leaves your fingertips free to feel the bar, dumbbell or handle, and the padded palm adds cushioning between your hand and the equipment. The adjustable wrist wrap closes with hook-and-loop and goes around your wrist for a snug fit during heavy sets.
The back of each glove uses a breathable mesh panel, and the raised finger panels and light gray trim give the black glove a clean sport look. Each finger has a pull tab for putting the gloves on and taking them off.
Why these gloves work for gym training
- The padded palm has a honeycomb-pattern grip texture that gives you a firmer hold on barbells, dumbbells and pull-up bars.
- The wrist wrap can be tightened or loosened with the hook-and-loop closure, so you can set the fit you want.
- The mesh back of the glove lets air move around your hand during longer sessions.
- The half finger design keeps your fingertips free for a better feel of the equipment.
- Pull tabs on the fingers make it easy to take the gloves off after your workout.
Workouts you can do
- Lifting: deadlifts, rows, shrugs, curls and overhead presses.
- Pulling: pull-ups, chin-ups and lat pulldowns.
- Training at home or in the gym: dumbbell, barbell and kettlebell workouts.

Safety and care
Choose a snug fit, since gloves that are too loose can shift on the bar. Check the stitching, the wrist strap and the hook-and-loop closure for wear before each use. Stop using the gloves if they are damaged. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Keep away from children. Speak with a doctor before starting a new exercise program.
