Orders and Payment
- How can I pay? We accept cash on delivery. You pay when your order reaches your door.
- What currency are your prices in? All prices on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing it. Email us at support@fitblaze.shop with your order number.
Shipping and Delivery
- Where do you deliver? We deliver to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
- How much does shipping cost? Nothing. Shipping is free on every order.
- Which carriers do you use? FedEx and DHL.
- How long will my order take? Processing takes 1–2 business days and shipping takes 4–6 business days, so your order should arrive within 5–8 business days in total. These are estimates, and carrier delays, weather or holidays can affect them.
- What is your order cutoff time? Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day start processing that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends start processing the next business day.
- Will I get a tracking number? Yes. We send you a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow it with the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
- How long do I have to return something? You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Who pays for return shipping? We do. Return shipping is free.
- How do I start a return? Email us at support@fitblaze.shop with your order number and the item you want to return, and we will send you the next steps.
- How long does a refund take? We issue your refund within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
- How will I receive my refund? Because orders are paid by cash on delivery, we refund by bank transfer to the account you give us, or as store credit if you prefer.

- Is FitBlaze your own brand? Yes. Everything we sell is sold under the FitBlaze name.
- What do you sell? We sell strength training gear (adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells), gym accessories (resistance bands and weightlifting gloves), yoga and recovery products (yoga mats and foam rollers), and cardio equipment (jump ropes and abdominal exercise wheels).
