These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitBlaze website and your purchases from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

"We", "us" and "FitBlaze" mean the store located at 3009 Mondawmin Ave, Baltimore, MD 21216, United States. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Using Our Website

Please use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Give false or misleading information when you order or contact us
  • Place fake or fraudulent orders
  • Try to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Copy or collect content from the website with automated tools without our permission

We may suspend access or decline an order if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Products and Safe Use

We sell FitBlaze-branded fitness equipment, including strength training gear, gym accessories, yoga and recovery products and cardio equipment. We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different on your screen.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before starting a new fitness program, read and follow any instructions that come with your product, inspect your equipment before each use and use it only as intended. Our products are fitness equipment and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Orders, Prices and Payment

  • Placing an order: when you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud, and we will let you know if we do.
  • Prices: all prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before it ships, and you can keep or cancel the order.
  • Payment: we accept cash on delivery only. You pay the order total shown at checkout when your order is delivered. Details are in our Payment Policy.
  • Cancelling: you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

  • Delivery area: we deliver to all 50 U.S. states with FedEx or DHL. Shipping is free on every order.
  • Delivery time: processing takes 1–2 business days and shipping takes 4–6 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–8 business days in total. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day start processing that day. These times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.
  • Tracking: we send you a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Delivery risk: you become responsible for your order once it is delivered to your address.
  • Returns and refunds: you can return an item within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. We issue your refund within 7 days after we receive your returned item, by bank transfer or as store credit.

Intellectual Property

The FitBlaze name, branding, product photos, text and other content on this website belong to FitBlaze or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell, change or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimers and Limits on Liability

We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but to the fullest extent the law allows, the website is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the website or our products.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable U.S. federal law. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@fitblaze.shop, because most issues can be solved quickly. If we cannot resolve it together, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top. Changes apply to future orders, and an order you have already placed stays under the Terms in force when you placed it.
